Dourena’s Review

Written by Dourena from the sources under See the Research. No brand paid for this review or approved it. How Dourena makes money

What Stands Out

  • Sized by what it holds: Small 3/4 cup, Medium 2 cups, Large 3–4 cups.
  • A non-slip base.
  • Top-rack dishwasher safe, per Outward Hound.

Things to Know

  • The sizes are given by capacity, so start from how much your dog eats in one meal.
  • Outward Hound also makes Slower and Slowest versions; this review covers the Slow level only.

What We Couldn’t Verify

  • Outward Hound doesn’t state the material or plastic type on the page we reviewed.
  • The page lists one set of dimensions without saying which size it belongs to, so we haven’t shown dimensions.
  • How much the bowl changes a dog’s eating pace isn’t something Dourena could verify.

What to Consider

  • How much does your dog eat in one meal?
  • Do you want the simplest maze, or one of the harder levels?
