Dourena is operated by Dourena LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using Dourena you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Dourena is in public beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and the site is provided as it is while that work continues.

Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Information here is educational. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed veterinarian who has examined your animal.

Where we describe what a manufacturer claims about a product, we attribute the claim to the manufacturer. Attribution is not endorsement, and we do not state that any product cures, treats or prevents any condition.

If your dog is unwell, contact a veterinarian. In an emergency, contact an emergency clinic.

• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You must give accurate information when you register.
• One person, one account. Do not register on behalf of someone else without their permission.
• We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the platform or other users.

Reviews are the heart of this site, which is why the rules around them are strict.

• Write from genuine first-hand experience with the product or business.
• Do not post a review in exchange for payment, a discount, or a free product without saying so.
• Do not post a review of your own business, or a competitor’s.
• Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, or deliberately misleading about a real business.
• You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a license to display, store and distribute it as part of the site.

We remove content that clearly breaches these rules. We do not remove an honest negative review because a business asked us to, and no payment of any kind will cause a review to be removed or a rating to be altered.

Product and business records are researched from primary sources and checked by a person before publication, with the source and the date of verification shown. Even so, prices, ingredients, hours and services change without notice. Treat what you read here as a starting point and confirm anything that matters with the manufacturer, retailer or business directly.

The site’s design, text and research records are owned by Dourena LLC unless stated otherwise. Brand names, product names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify the products being discussed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dourena LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from a decision you made in reliance on information published here. The site is provided without warranties of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
